Return policy and cancellation policy

It may happen that a product you ordered does not meet your expectations. If the goods are still unopened and the original packaging is undamaged, they can be taken back for credit within 20 days, provided the product is still on sale.

The return is carried out at the customer's expense and must be registered via one of the following channels:

2. About the return request in your customer account

Please understand that products that we have ordered specifically for you (in-house and non-products), which are not in perfect condition or are not returned with the complete scope of delivery, have damaged packaging or show signs of wear, can only be returned for a flat-rate processing fee or but can't be taken back at all.

Depending on the condition of the item, the following procedures are distinguished:

1. A return to Credit at the current daily price (maximum the purchase price) is only possible if

  • the original packaging is unopened.
  • the original packaging was not labeled/stickered (undamaged condition).
  • the original label has not been removed.
  • Textiles/shoes show no signs of wear.
  • The item was purchased a maximum of 20 days ago.

2. Return against deduction of a processing fee

A return to Credit with deduction of a processing fee is possible if

  • The original packaging is opened, but completely undamaged and complete.
  • the item is unused and shows no signs of wear.
  • All accessories supplied are present.
  • The item was purchased a maximum of 20 days ago.
  • for electronic products the operating system has not been registered/installed.

The processing fee for this form of return is at least 15% of the current daily price (maximum of the purchase price/minimum CHF 20) and will be deducted from the credit.

3. Return after individual inspection

A return to Credit is available after individual review and deduction of a processing fee possible if

  • the complete original packaging is present.
  • Consumables are unopened (ink, toner, filters, contact lenses or similar products).
  • the item shows signs of wear.
  • All accessories supplied are present.

The individual testing is carried out by our specialist staff. A return cannot be guaranteed. The processing fee after an individual check is at least 30% of the current daily price (maximum of the purchase price). The possibility of returning the item and the specific amount of the flat rate to be deducted from the credit can only be decided after the check has been carried out.

In addition, one will be Restoration flat rate of CHF 50.– deducted from the credit if the operating system has already been installed on PCs, notebooks, tablets and smartphones.

A notice: The processing fee serves to cover the costs of the return process.

NO REFUND

A return Unfortunately, credit is not possible if

  • the original packaging is missing.
  • Accessory is missing.
  • Consumables are open (ink, toner, filters, contact lenses, cosmetics, perfume or similar products).
  • Hygienic reasons do not allow this for products such as headphones, razors, toothbrushes, epilators, underwear, vacuum cleaners and other cleaning devices as well as items from the sleep category, erotic items or similar (exception: unopened, in complete original packaging).
  • it is a child seat as well as a stroller (exception: unopened, in all original packaging).
  • it is physical software / licenses (seal broken / original packaging opened).
  • Electronic licenses of any kind have already been sent via email.
  • These are items that have been registered by the customer.
  • These include items such as vouchers, physical gift cards and online electronic gift vouchers.
  • it is food.
  • Products intended for the preparation and/or storage of food such as coffee machines, mixers, pans, storage containers, etc. (exception: unopened, in complete original packaging).
  • For clothes/textiles, the original labels have been removed and/or show signs of wear (smell, stains, etc.).

Services and other costs

Services provided such as floor deliveries, assembly, etc. as well as small quantity surcharges and any postage costs, etc. will not be refunded if a product or the entire order is taken back.
