With the Gymstick, resistances of 1 to 30 kg can be achieved by wrapping the tubes around the stick. The product also comes with a DVD and exercise instructions as well as a transport bag. The Gymstick improves strength, endurance and mobility and can be used to improve cardiovascular function. It is ideal for sports such as ice hockey, football or tennis.
