The Redondo ball is made of soft, foamed and odorless material (PVC). The air filling can be individually regulated using a plug closure. The product is latex-free and contains no banned phthalates (according to EU Directive 2005/84/EC). It serves as an ideal Pilates partner, for pelvic floor and abdominal muscle training as well as for neck massage and deep relaxation. The soft yet robust ball is very durable and can be used in a variety of ways in the areas of Pilates, wellness, fitness and MindBody.
Versatile
The "foldable" ball for Pilates, fitness and pelvic floor training is versatile. With little air, the ball can be used as a support pillow for the back or neck. It can withstand a body weight of up to 110 kg (when doing exercises while lying down). Clamped between the thighs, it is also used to fixate and strengthen the muscles. The elastic skin makes it ideal for gripping and catching exercises. The light and soft ball is easy to use indoors, even when throwing. A practice poster is included.
